OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS:

Contest is open to legal United States residents eighteen years of age or older.

Duration:

· Unless otherwise specified on the application form, first ("Contests") begins at 12:01 p.m. EST on the first of each month ("begin date") and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on October 31, 2010 ("end date").

Eligibility:

· Contest is offered electronically via the Internet, at select locations, and only within the fifty United States.

Contest is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States throughout the term of the Contest, who, as of time of entry, are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of JaminationsDCC and Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter:

You may enter Contest in one of two ways:

· (1) By logging onto NXSTV’s website (at http://www.nxstv.com) and following the instructions to enter as listed on the promotional Web pages. In some contests these instructions may require you to search for a business, find their location, complete the entry form in its entirety, and click on the "SUBMIT" button to submit your entry. NO AUTOMATED ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Or

(2) by legibly hand-printing on “Contest Sign-Up Form," along with your name, phone number, birth date, zip code, e-mail address (if you do not have an e-mail address, print "no e-mail address"), at the following locations:

Restrictions:

All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsors, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prizes:

· The number and value of each months contest is specifically detailed on NXSTV’s website. (Each prize, unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor, is valued at no more than $200). No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prizes must be claimed within 15 days and are non-transferable/saleable. Prize redemption is the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. JaminationsDCC will work directly with the winners to collect the prizes. Winner has one year from date of prize redemption to complete the prize redemption if appropriate.

Selection of Winner:

· Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held on or before ten days after end date at the JaminationsDCC office. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail or regular mail on or about 11 days after end date. The winner will have 14 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to john@nxstv.com, patrice@nxstv.com or by regular mail. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.

Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility, and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, all within 15 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner and guest agree to the use of their names, voices, or likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed affidavit and releases as required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Conditions:

· By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Web Marketing and/or the Sponsor which shall be final. JaminationsDCC, Sponsors, agents and representatives of Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:

o (1) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries;

(2) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind;

(3) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;

(4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsors that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted;

(5) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or

(6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. JaminationsDCC and/or the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest.

Participation:

· By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold Web Marketing, Inc., Sponsors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Web Marketing, Inc., Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Winners List And Official Rules:

· To obtain the name of the Contest winner, send an e-mail message to "patrice@nxstv.com" requesting a winners list for NXSTV’s Cricket Contest, Requests must be received by 14 days after Contest end date.
